01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jeedbazz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the jeedbazz website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jeedbazz, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jeedbazz platform. Continued use of jeedbazz after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one jeedbazz account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your password — secure and confidential. jeedbazz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must notify jeedbazz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jeedbazz reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or account change request.

• Registration requires a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You must provide your real name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times will be closed without notice.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

jeedbazz processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking platforms. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jeedbazz:

• Minimum deposit: 100 BDT per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: 200 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your jeedbazz wallet within seconds under normal conditions.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST).
• jeedbazz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• jeedbazz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jeedbazz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions below:

• Bonuses are credited to your jeedbazz bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated when the bonus is offered. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account.
• jeedbazz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

jeedbazz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently cancelled will have their wagering requirements assessed on a case-by-case basis.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jeedbazz use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page and reflects independently verified figures.

By playing any game on jeedbazz, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any external factor.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeedbazz. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings voided, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the jeedbazz platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering: Using jeedbazz to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any other method to claim bonuses more than once.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Suspension and Closure

The jeedbazz name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the jeedbazz brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

jeedbazz provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. jeedbazz will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or data resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the jeedbazz platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your mobile banking provider.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
